The first website in the world was created 30 years ago and it went live on August 6, 1991.

The first website was created by Tim Berners Lee the inventor of the World Wide Web.
The domain name of the first-ever website was info.cern.ch which contained informations about the World Wide Web and How to create websites.

The first webpage address was http://info.cern.ch/hypertext/WWW/TheProject.html which is still accessable by a web browser.
